When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 08.02.2017, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners and the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today (21.09.2017) also when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.

2.In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
