ORDER
While disposing of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.2475 of 2014, by order dated 30.01.2014, this Court directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2013 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.146 dated 19.06.2014 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. http://www.judis.nic.in
R.SUBBIAH, J., ssv 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 30.01.2014 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed a positive order on 28.09.2015.
