listed on 27.03.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was again directed to be listed on 23.04.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". When the case was called today i.e., 23.04.2025 none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
