O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police, not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent police.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the representation given by one S.Murali of Sastha Paper Mills Pvt Ltd., Kancheepuram, against the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.737 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the 1st respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
