JUDGMENT

When the above Civil Suit was posted for hearing on 04.07.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submitted that they have already given a change of vakalat and therefore, Registry was directed to print the name of the plaintiff and list the matter on 09.07.2019. Today, (09.07.2019), when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiff though his name is printed in the cause list. Hence, the Civil Suit is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
