ORDER

This application has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the appeal against order dated 04.07.2025 passed by the first respondent in Opposition No.4015735 Trademark Application No.991868 in Class 30.

2. Heard M/S.Gladys Rosette C Daniel, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Nelson, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned counsel for the second respondent have vehemently opposed to allow this petition.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is ordered as prayed for on condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupee Ten Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras.
