The present Application has been filed to permit applicant/2nd petitioner to obtain the translation of the Will in Hindi language executed by Smt.Pushpa Devi Jain dated 14.12.2017 registered as Document No.201703020300163 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Jaipur VI, Rajasthan, Ajmer, from Hindi to English language by the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras having office at Thanikachalam Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1419 of 2025 in OP.DR.No.114679 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
