Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to register the Power of attorney deed, dated 20.11.2014 executed by the petitioners 2 to 8 herein in favour of the 1st petitioner with regard to the properties situated in Dry.S.F.No.239/2010, to an extent of 1.12. acres, in Thandalam Village Account, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.
