O R D E R
The applicant seeks leave to place additional documents on record in support of his case and to meet the defence raised in the written statements. The application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 14(3) CPC, seeking permission to file the additional documents set out in the schedule to the Judge's Summons.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow the application and also perused the materials available on record.
3. As far as the admissibility, relevancy and proof, it cannot be tested through this application. This application is filed only to grant leave for production of documents belatedly. Therefore, this petition is allowed and the documents shall be received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.

3. The Registry is directed to transmit the records to the concerned learned Master for recording evidence on 27.04.2026. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to complete the evidence before the learned Master by 15.06.2026 and thereafter, the matter shall be listed before the Court along with the report of the Master.
