This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that she has also filed an application today before the Registry to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent.

Registry is directed to number CMP.SR.14552 & 34298 of 2017 as well as the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent, if it is otherwise in order and list the same along with this second appeal for hearing on 13.09.2021.
