ORDER

In view of the order passed in W.P. No.6698 of 2024, the consequential impugned order issued by the second respondent dated 18.12.2023, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, has to be quashed.

2.Accordingly, the impugned letter issued by the second respondent dated 18.12.2023 is hereby quashed and this writ petition is allowed. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the respective contentions as it is for the respondents to consider the same, on merits in the final order to be passed. No costs.
