C.M.P.No.5219 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.25119 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.M.Muralivinoth, the learned counsel takes notice for sole respondent and he has no serious objection for the delay of 3 days being condoned.

3.In view of the above submissions, the delay of 3 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.

5.Registry is further directed to print the name of the counsel for the respondent at the time of admission.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
