The petitioner has sought for house site patta through his representation made to the 2nd respondent on 3.8.2010. The local Village Administrative Officer also has recommended the case of the petitioner. From the records, it is seen by the letter No.25858/NI.Mu.1(1)/2012-1 dated 17.7.2013, the 2nd respondent was asked to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

27.6.2013. As no further action is forthcoming even thereafter, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the letter of the 1st respondent in No.25858/NI.MU1(1)/2012-1 dated 17.7.2013 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not passed already.
