Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2017. 3.Mr.G.Mohanakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2017, the 1st respondent has not considered the same yet.

4.Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
