This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to medically terminate the pregnancy of the petitioner's daughter in accordance with Section 5 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 expeditiously. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition the pregnancy of the petitioner's daughter was medically terminated and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
