ORDER

By a common order dated 03.02.2014 in W.P.Nos.3039 to 3041 of 2014, this Court has directed the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioners on par with their juniors as Forest Watchers within a period of twelve weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03.02.2014 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 09.02.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
