The learned counsel for parties agree that this matter would abide the view taken by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the connected matters.

3. The writ petitions, accordingly, stand disposed of. No costs.

4. The interim order dated 26.02.2015 granted in M.P.Nos.1 and 1 of 2014 in W.P.Nos.31882 and 31883 would continue to enure for the benefit of the petitioner till such time a final view is taken by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and thereafter, it would depend on the view of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
