This application has been filed for appointment of Advocate Commissioner and the Court passed an order on 29.09.2015, appointing Advocate Commissioner.

2. Till date no steps have been taken by the Advocate Commissioner to execute the warrant of Commission. Therefore, after such a lapse of time, this Court is not inclined to grant extension of time, especially when the applicant has not even filed an application for extension of time. Hence, this application is closed, giving liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application, if so warrants.

4. Since the learned Additional Advocate Commissioner has been appointed at the instance of the applicant Finance Company, a further sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
