ORDER

1. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue, who is aged about 2 1⁄2 years.
2. We are told by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that respondent No.1, who is the husband of the petitioner, has entered into a compromise with the petitioner. 2.1. In the captioned proceedings, while, we are not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
concerned with the compromise, what is important to note, is that, the petitioner has taken steps to secure the interest of the detenue/Baby Filza Noorin.
3. Given these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner says he has instructions not to proceed with the petition any further.
