O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take suitable disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent was his wife. The marriage between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent was dissolved by the learned District Judge, Puducherry in M.O.P.No.341 of 2016 dated 31.01.2017. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent indulged in acts of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vandalism. The petitioner's family members and his relatives were attacked illegally by her henchmen. Hence a representation dated 04.02.2019 to the respondents 1 & 2 was given by the petitioner to take necessary disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent herein, but no action was taken as against the 3rd respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 after giving due opportunities of hearing to the 3rd respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
