O R D E R

The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 27.08.2014 branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the impugned detention order dated 27.8.2014 had been revoked. Hence, the Habeas corpus Petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Under such circumstances, the Habeas corpus petition stands dismissed, as infructuous.
