This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents herein from interfering with and threatening the petitioner to take water in the property comprised in Plot No.4 in S.F.No.355A of Muthanampalayam Village, Tiruppur District, Tirupur. 2.
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the respondent has not prevented the petitioner from drawing water in the property comprised in Plot No.4 in S.F.No.355-A of Muthanampalayam Village, Tiruppur District, Tirupur. Therefore, according to him, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
