C.M.P.No.5165 of 2024 in C.R.P.No.3505 of 2019 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit fixed by this Court in C.R.P.No.3505 of 2019, dated 05.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he failed to note about the time limit fixed by this Court for payment of cost to the 1st respondent and hence, he could not pay the cost within the time stipulated.

3. In view of the said reason assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioners, C.M.P.No.5165 of 2024 is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from today to comply with the directions issued by this Court in C.R.P.No.3505 of 2019, dated 05.01.2024.
