Crl.M.P.No.5249 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.59 of 2021, Crl.M.P No.5251 of 2021 in Crl.O.P No.65 of 2021 and Crl.M.P No.5252 of 2021 in Crl.O.P No.70 of 2021 M.DHANDAPANI,J., These three applications are filed to relax the conditions modified by this Court against the petitioners directing them to stay at Coimbatore and they shall report before the CID Q Branch Police Station at Coimbatore, every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.59, 65 & 70 of 2021, dated 05.02.2021 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the CID Q Branch Police Station at Coimbatore, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
