ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2018 sent for rectifying the mistake occurred in respondent of the extent on the Computerised Chitta in respect of her lands in S.F.No.83/4 situated at Attur (Padathepalli) Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in accordance with law.
2. Mr.A.Anandan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for in this petition and on the consent expressed by the learned
counsel appearing on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The case of the petitioners is that petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in Survey No.83/4, measuring 2.02.0 hectares,situated at Attur (Padathepalli) Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The above said property originally belongs to petitioner's father, after his death petitioner had succeeded the property. Thereafter, the petitioner had made a representation to survey her lands and sub-divide to get a separate Patta in her favour. However, some mistakes had crept in computerized Chitta, the extent of property was shown as 2.60.0 hectares instead of 2.02.0 hectares in the said Survey No.83/4. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 19.03.2018 before the respondent to rectify the mistakes occurred in respect of the extent in the Computerized Chitta in respect of above said property. However, till date no action has been taken by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the above relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2018, will be considered by the respondent within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2018, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
