Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order dated 31.7.2012, made in W.P.No.23859 of 2010.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court, on 31.7.2012, in W.P.No.23859 of 2010.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 31.7.2012, in W.P.No.23859 of 2010, had been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with by the respondent. He had also placed before this Court a copy of the Government Order, in G.O.[Ms.]

No.38, Public Works Department, dated 17.2.2015, in support of his submission. A copy of the said Government Order, dated 17.2.2015, had been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it goes without saying that it may be open to the petitioners to challenge the Government Order, in G.O.[Ms.]No.38, Public Works Department, dated 17.2.2015, if they are aggrieved by the same, before the appropriate form, in the manner known to law. No costs.
