(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has put up an illegal superstructure in Old Survey No.83/1C1, New Survey No.83/15, Plot No.40, Kamraj Nagar, Mathur, Madhavaram Taluk, Chennai-68. 2. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to

consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.1.2020 and 1.4.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, of course, after providing opportunity to all the interested parties, including the second respondent.
