When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that the sole appellant representing Pallan Community is no more and the respondent Nos.4 and 5 also died. He has further stated that the matter has also been settled out of Court between the parties and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
