ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that it is a case where the investigation is completed and the APP opinion is awaited. However, this petitioner, who is a married man, has enticed a minor girl and had sexual intercourse leading to her pregnancy. Knowing that she was conceived, this petitioner has suggested some native remedy, which has led to abortion of her foetus. Knowing this the family members have enquired the victim girl and at that time, the truth has come out leading to the registration of F.I.R. on 01.02.2022. If the petitioner is released on bail, being relative of the minor girl, he may tamper the evidence and hence, granting of bail to the petitioner is strongly opposed.

2.Taking note of the fact that this petitioner is a married person and he has impregnated a minor girl and subsequently, assisted her to abort foetus, this Court is of the view that till filing of the final report, the release of this petitioner will not be conducive for the investigation.
