(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 393, 294(b), 323, 336 and 427 of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.329 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
