This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to forward the representation of the petitioners dated 17.02.2012 for permanent absorption in the Tirupur City Municipal Corporation along with the resolution of Tirupur City Municipal Corporation Council along with connected record and recommendations and consequently direct the first respondent to pass necessary orders as per law at the earliest within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble High Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
