Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 13.08.2015, in accordance with law.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's appeal filed as early as on 13.08.2015, the first respondent has not disposed of the same.

4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the appeal dated 13.08.2015, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 13.08.2015 and disposed of the same, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
