This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by her mother R.Swarna, who died intestate on 06.06.2010. Mr.V.Ramachandran, husband of the deceased R.Swarna / father of the petitioner died on 05.11.1998.

2. The petitioner has examined herself as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificates of her parents as Exs.P1 and P3 respectively.

The legal heirship certificates have been produced as Exs. P2 and P4. A perusal Exs.P2 and P4 would show that the petitioner is the sole legal heir of the deceased R.Swarna.

3. In view of the said evidence, this application is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
