ORDER

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32785 of 2006, dated 05.07.2010, has already been complied with and to that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ effect, he has also produced a proceeding dated 30.01.2015

passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Vellore Range, Vellore. He further stated that the petitioner has received a cheque to the tune of Rs.40,710/- towards arrears.

Recording the above said submission and placing on the said proceeding dated 30.01.2015 on record, the contempt petition is closed.
