C.M.P.Nos.4859 & 4860 of 2022 in C.M.A.S.R.No.80959 of 2015 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2328 days in re-presenting the above CMA and 2344 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.10,517/- in the above CMA.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to number the above appeal.
