PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is the prime accused who came in his car attacked the defacto complainant is absconding and and in earlier occasion, anticipatory bail petition was filed by him. This Court considering the gravity of the offence dismissed the said petition on 10.03.2022. Citing the bail granted to the co-accused as change in circumstances, second anticipatory bail application has been filed. This Court finds that vast difference between the accused who were granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner herein since, this complaint discloses the overt act of this petitioner and his vehicle https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was used at the time of the commission of offence. Hence, this Court is finds no change in the circumstances to re-visit the earlier order of dismissal.
