ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 5(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.836 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, directed him to report before the respondent everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, however, he has not complied with the condition from the month of Febraury; that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.836 of 2025 on 10.01.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
