ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in D.No.38 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.5458 of 2021, this Court by an order dated 29.03.2021, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in S.C.No.90 of 2017, within a period of four months. However, the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tiruppur has sent communication dated 04.01.2022 in D.No.38 of 2021, narrating the sequence of proceedings in S.C.No.90 of 2017 and sought further period of four months time to complete the trial in the said case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
