ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to issue a direction directing the respondent herein to register the case of the petitioner Complaint dated 05.12.2018 under appropriate penal provisions of law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I at Kallakurichi in C.M.P.No.5307 of 2018 to direct the respondent to register the complaint and the same was allowed. Even after the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I at Kallakurichi the respondent had not registered the petitioner's complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has already been registered in Crime No.150 of 2019 and hence the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4.In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
