ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.3 in Crl.O.P.No.13519 of 2023 on 14.12.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the Trial Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in para No.3 in Crl.O.P.No.13519 of 2023 on 14.12.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the Trial Court. is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police Pew Periyanaickenpalayam Police Station, Coimbatore District.
