2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the same is ordered as prayed for.

4. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Three Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
