2. The petitioner submitted an application dated 04.03.2013 to the 1st respondent praying for measuring his land situated in Survey No.151, Kurichi Village, bearing Patta No.2087 and since, no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.J.Satyanarayana Prasad, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice for the 4th respondent.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 04.03.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the concerned persons and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.

5 . The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
