ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to sponsor his name for appointment to the suitable post.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is a handicapped person and he is qualified with +2 Examination and Diploma in Co-Operative. However, so far he was not sponsored for any suitable post. Now, the petitioner is aged about 49 years and as such, his age is barred for any posts.

4. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
