Heard Thiru.M.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Thiru.P.V.Selvasekaran, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Corporation.

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that the impugned notice has been issued in the name of a dead person.

3. In the light of the same, the impugned notice is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent Corporation and a fresh notice shall be issued to the petitioner and matter shall be proceeded in accordance with law.
