CRIME NO.188/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.MP.541/2022 in Crl.OP.22600/2021 dated 24.01.2022 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and fifteenth of every month 10.30am until further order.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.THIRUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.541 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22600 of 2021 dated 30.11.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that investigation is yet to be completed and the co-operation of the petitioner is required to complete the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering that the matter related to breach of trust and cheating and also taking note of the fact that the investigation is not yet completed, the condition to report before the Investigating Officer monthly twice cannot be relaxed further.
