Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the Second Respondent in Na. Ka. No. 2068/2015/A2 dated 10.03.2016 and the subsequent auction notification issued by the Second Respondent published in the newspaper Daily 1/4
Thanthi dated 08.06.2016 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to pass appropriate orders for revision of lease rent for the shop allotted to the Petitioner in Shop No. 11 at Jaiva Bai School Road Ground Floor Shops by following the procedure established by law in strict implementation of G.O. Ms. No. 92, Municipal Administration & Water Supply Department dated 03.07.2007 after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner. For Petitioner :
