WP No.6736 of 2022: directing the respondent to dispose the application of the petitioner dated 06.11.2015 and reminder dated 15.07.2021 by issuing community certificate to the petitioner, his wife M.Sinthamani and his son M.Hariharan that they belong to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's own brothers's children viz. A.Ajith Kumar and A.Indumathi in proceedings No.R.Dis.(A2)4419/2014.

Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner in WP No.6732 of 2022 and his wife have been favoured with the Certificate issued to their children to the effect that they belonged to Hindu Kurumans, a Scheduled Tribe Community. Their Application seeking certificates for themselves is kept pending without assigning any reason whatsoever.
3. The petitioner in WP No.6736 of 2022 is the brother, wife and 3/6
the children of the brother, of the petitioner in WP No.6732 of 2022. He would also claim a Certificate based on the Certificate issued to his brother's children.
4. Ms.C.Sangamithirai, learned Special Government would submit that the Authorities have still enquiring into the matters.
5. Considering the fact that the applications are of the year 2015, we direct the respondent, namely the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvannamalai, to pass orders on the applications within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
