O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2018 seeking cancellation of appointment of third respondent as driver in the second respondent Corporation, who was appointed on compassionate grounds, concealing the employment of his elder brother V.Ilayaraja, who was appointed as Sanitary Worker on 01.05.1998 and got regularisation on 30.04.2001, presently working in the second respondent Corporation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the parties on both sides.

3.This Court, finding prima facie merits, accepting the request of the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and the request of the first respondent, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, after issuance of notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
