Seeking leave to sue respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit. The suit has been laid for recovery of money pursuant to the agreement said to have been entered into between the applicant and the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the transactions took place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. In the invoice raised, it has been clearly stated that the jurisdiction in the event of any dispute would be at Chennai, within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 11.11.2016 mk
