ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 16.06.2015 passed in WP.No.11986 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.06.2015 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.44 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 29.08.2016 to that effect.
